This production is two-parts,golden,high temperature resistant,good conductivity,high temperature reached 145 degree.Apply to conductive adhesive of all kinds of difficult to weld materials in high temperature.For example:motor carbon brush,cable joint,integrated circuits,transistors,light emitting two tubes,Ptc ceramic heating element,radio industry wire .
二、Product performance

1. Field of application

Apply to the material of metal,ceramic,glass to thermal conductive adhesive,and the bonding for electric equipment of high temperature resistance ,electronic components.It can be used as a conductive heat layer as well.
四、Usage
1、Desing,processing adhesive sealing interface, the design of joint is socket.
2、To treat the surface coarsening and cleaning,decontamination,the gap is 0.2~0.5mm.
3、Configuration glue:Weighing the solid and liquid according to the proportion , mixture and mix thoroughly to a flowable paste ,and use it up in 20 minites.
4、Solidify:To apply the mixed glue to the cleaned object wating to bonded,laminating and positioning.
五、The curing procedure
1、Weigh two components,according to the proportion of solid and liquid(3~3.5g: 1ml),mixed. 
2．To apply the mixed glue to the object wating to  bonded.
3．Put it in the room temperature for 12 hours after bonding.
4．Heated to 80 ℃, constant temperature for 2 hours.
5．Heat to 150℃ again,and constant temperature for 2 hours.
6．Slow cooling.
